## Design analysis

This shows the desktop version of Microsoft Copilot for the week of 2026-10-12, before scrolling. A sidebar on the left takes up about a fifth of the screen width. The interface is in Chinese. A large greeting stands out most, followed by the message box below it. The text is light enough against the dark background to meet a common accessibility guideline. The greeting offers help with reviewing and preparing for meetings. Four suggested prompts sit under the message box. There is no note saying it can make mistakes. The main screen looks the same as the week of 2026-10-05.

## Menu items

- Sidebar: an icon button (nine-dot grid icon), an icon button (checked square icon), an icon button (split rectangle icon), New chat, Search, Library, Agents, Notebooks, an icon button (gear icon)
- Top bar: Work IQ, Auto, an icon button (shield icon), an icon button (dashed bubble icon), an icon button (three dots icon)

## Menu changes

No menu changes compared with the week of October 5, 2026.
