## Design analysis

This shows the desktop version of Pi for the week of 2026-10-12, before scrolling. A dark sidebar on the left takes up about a fifth of the screen width. A card with a purple picture stands out most on the screen. The text is light enough against the dark background to meet a common accessibility guideline. The outline of the message box is faint, but the hint text inside it is easy to read. The green arrow-shaped button is hard to see against the message box. You start in the message box, which asks what is on your mind. A note below the message box says Pi may make mistakes. The featured card differs from the week of 2026-10-05.
